These events, formerly known as 1040 updates, are designed to help tax professionals understand the complexities of tax law so you can help you serve your clients with the excellence they deserve. Taught by a team of instructors using hands-on learning tools, this two-day workshop provides detailed and in-depth information on the latest legislative and IRS updates. Participants will earn 16 CPEs upon completion.
Each event will include information and analyze the provisions of the Consolidated Credit Law, 2021, and the US Bailout Act, and how these provisions affect US taxpayer customers. Participants will learn how to determine the tax treatment of different sources of income, apply inflation-adjusted amounts to 2021 individual returns, and analyze changing tax rules for certain credits and deductions, including the tax credit for expanded children and the third economic impact payment. , including increased payments.
